Situated four miles east of Fordyce along the south side of Highway 8, this 366 +/- acre tract offers a well-diversified land base well-suited for both timber investment. Located on the west side of Highway 167 approximately four miles north of Hampton, this tract offers direct highway frontage and a diverse, multi-aged timber composition well-suited for both investment and recreational purposes. The tract features 115 acres of 2023 pine plantation and 46 acres of 2015 pine plantation, providing a staggered-age timber base that offers both near-term and long-term harvest potential.
