The timber to be sold consists of all merchantable timber located within the sale area, leaving all white oak and red oak sawtimber. DDK foresters conducted a timber inventory in October 2026 by placing 1/10th acre plots on a 4x5 chain grid across the property. All trees within the plots were measured and recorded. Ton values were estimated using a conversion factor of 54 pounds per cubic foot. SMZ's are painted blue and will be left according to Arkansas Best Management Practices. Pine may be removed from SMZ's.
