Hempstead 70 - SW 1⁄4 NE 1⁄4, S 3/4 SE 1⁄4 NE 1⁄4 Section 33, Township 14 South, Range 23 West, Hempstead County, AR, 70 acres, more or less. Located in the southeast corner of Hempstead County, the property is accessed via woods road off Lafayette 27. Timber consists primarily of unthinned pine plantation, approximately 16 years old, and ready for 1st thinning.

 

Highway 53 - N 1⁄2 SW 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4, Part of N 1⁄2 SE 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4, North 345.7 feet of S 1⁄2 SE 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4 lying West of highway all in Section 18, Township 18 South, Range 23 West, Lafayette County, AR, 39.85 acres, more or less. Full legal description is available upon request. Property has excellent access with frontage along Highway 53. Timber consists of 22 acres of pine plantation ready for 1st thinning. The remaining acres are natural mixed pine hardwood stands located along Walker Creek.

The north 40 consists of recently thinned merchantable timber.
