DDK Forestry & Real Estate (DDK), acting as agent for the seller, has been authorized to sell approximately 80 total acres in Cleveland County, AR. The property is being sold by sealed bid and bidders can bid on timber only, land only, or land and timber combined.

Immediate logging opportunity! The property consists of 80 acres of natural mature pine and hardwood timber ready to be harvested. Brushy Creek runs through the middle of the property making it an excellent hunting property with a lot of interior trails. This is a great timber investment opportunity with immediate income potential. Historic access is via the existing logging road from the south and shown on the enclosed map. An inventory was conducted by DDK Foresters in April 2023 using 1/10th acre plots. Plots were placed on a 4x5 chain grid and tonnage values were estimated using 64 pounds/cu. ft. conversion factor. If timber is sold separately from land, timber buyer will receive a two-year timber deed, and land buyer will be subject to a two-year timber deed.
