Immediate logging and income opportunity! The property consists of 40 acres of mature pine and hardwood timber ready to be harvested. The property would make an excellent timber investment with immediate income potential from harvest or a wonderful recreational hunting tract. There is a creek running through the property providing water for wildlife and a wildlife corridor. The property is located 1 mile east of Canfield in Lafayette County, Arkansas. Near Lake Erling. Access is provided by historical woods road off of AR-360. IF timber sells separately from the land, the timber buyer will receive a 24-month timber deed and the land will convey to the buyer subject to a 24-month timber deed.

Directions: From AR-29, turn onto AR-360 E and travel approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto woods road. The property is marked with pink flagging and DDK signage. Maps and/or coordinates can be requested or downloaded from our website.
