DDK Forestry & Real Estate (DDK), acting as agent for the seller, has been authorized to sell approximately 196 total acres in Cleveland County, Arkansas. The two (2) properties are being sold by sealed bid and can be purchased individually or together.

H. E. Owen 76 (74 Timbered Acres): The primary cover type is a merchantable stand of well-stocked natural pine. A few hardwoods are also present.   A woods road Cleveland County Road 67, provides access to the southern boundary. This tract also has a small pond, enhancing the wildlife habitat, and it would make an excellent property for someone looking for a hunting property with the potential for timber revenue.

Oak Grove 120: The primary cover types include a merchantable stand of well-stocked natural pine and an area carrying a significant volume of hardwood saw timber and pulpwood. It is located approximately 1/2 mile south of H.E. Owen Farms 76. It has about one mile of gravel road frontage on Cleveland County Road 67, also known as, which runs along the southern and western boundaries of the property. This, too, is an excellent recreational property with the potential to generate revenue from timber harvests. It has the potential for multiple rural homesites as power, and other utilities are in the area.
