The property is located roughly 4 miles Southwest of Doddridge in Miller County, Arkansas. There is historical physical access via woods road across the adjacent landowner as shown on the map. IF timber sells separately from the land, the timber buyer will receive a 24-month timber deed, and the land will convey to the buyer subject to a 24-month timber deed. SMZ’s would be left in accordance with Arkansas Best Management Practice specifications.

Directions: From I-49S, take exit 4 and turn onto US-71 S and travel approximately 1 mile. Turn right onto Co Rd 4. Continue for approximately 2 miles onto Co Rd 5. Turn left onto Co Rd 2. Continue straight onto MC 5. In approximately 3 miles, turn right onto Co Ro 31. In 1/10th  mile turn right onto Co Rd 412. In approximately 1/2 mile turn right onto woods road.
