The timber to be sold consists of all merchantable timber located within the sale area. DDK foresters conducted a timber inventory in June 2026 by placing 1/10th acre plots on a 4x5 chain grid across the property. All trees within the plots were measured and recorded. Ton values were estimated using a conversion factor of 64 pounds per cubic foot. Stand boundaries are flagged in pink and SMZ’s are painted in blue and will be left according to Arkansas Best Management Practices. Pine may be removed from SMZ’s.
