The timber consists of loblolly pine plantation. The BUYER will conduct an operator-select second thin. The Designated Sale Area will be thinned by using existing down rows and thinning to achieve a 70-80 square foot basal area, leaving the dominant and co-dominant trees.

The tract is located East of Texarkana in Miller Co., Arkansas just south of Dooley Ferry Road and near the Mandeville Community. Access is via a gated gravel road along the east line. There is a gate located off Dooley Ferry Road with a combination of 8600. Please shut and lock gate when leaving.
