Approximately 137 +/- acres of approximately 20-year-old loblolly pine plantation will be 1st thinned. Buyer shall harvest every 5th row while thinning remaining rows to leave 70-80 square feet basal area throughout the stand. Care shall be taken to not cause damage to residual timber. Access is from FM 123 and CR 3222.

The tract is located near the community of Centennial approximately 2.5 miles west of the TX-LA state line and is described as part of J BENSON Survey A-84, J BECK Survey A-51, and J MATTHEWS Survey A-421, Panola County, Texas.
